  This place is always amazing. I especially enjoy their Southwestern Egg Rolls. I highly recommend them. They have amazing flavor. The restaurant all around is very well kept and the employees are very nice. If you're considering going on weekends, I would suggest calling ahead, as it does get packed and there can be wait times.

  Don't use Chili's to Go Curbside. I called in my order - was given a pick-up time and arrived at that time. I waited for 15 minutes and called the restaurant. The rude employee answered the phone and informed me that she had a lobby full of people and had no idea that I was outside waiting and she'd get to me when she could! 15 minutes later I called back and was told there were still three people 'in front' of me. By this time I was curious and wanted to see how long it would take to get my food. FINALLY after a 40 minute wait she came out, got my debit card and it took another 10 minutes for her to ring my order and deliver my (very cold) meal. Poor thing she didn't feel well and they were short staffed. Poor management. Poor customer service. Extremely pathetic and smart aleck employee.

  Worst dining experience in a long time. No silverware, no napkins, pickles in my Margarita, meh food quality, waiter forgot our appetizer took 15 mins, to get a Togo box.
