  I love Logans in Lexington KY and frequently go there. But... traveling to a doctor appt in Cincinnati Childrens Hospital we stopped in Frankfort ky and could not believe we were at Logans. Slow service for an over worked waitress. Rolls were hot but hard and overcooked I wouldn't have served them but salad came for my daughter with a hair on top. They did not charge us for that meal we found out when bill came, our waitress said nothing. Bad day and we won't be back there.

  Service was awful! Food tasted like it was under a heat lamp. Took them 30 mins to process my card for payment. Will not be back

  On last leg of journey home from Joliet Illinois to Louisa Kentucky and we are so glad we stopped there. The mushroom appetizer was great as was the Lobster Dinner and my prime rib was done just like I like it medium. I wish I could remember the servers name he was so happy go lucky and it started with an L I am sure tho the receipt says Madison on it unless that was a last name. It was table 51 and check no. 351255. He made these weary travelers whole day and whole trip worth while. If we are that way again we hope to stop and do hope the experience will be the same as we had yesterday.

  The waitstaff was courteous and polite, but not enough to make up for the bad service in general. The food took quite awhile to get out, and once it did, it was almost cold. The fries tasted like microwave warmed over fries, stale and a weird texture. There were several people at our table, and almost all of us experienced the same thing. The food was cold or over cooked, not good, and generally just not worth the price. I was so hungry I scarfed down my food anyway, but it felt like a real waste of calories. They got several orders mixed up as well. It wasn't really busy enough to warrant this kind of oversight. I don't want to make assumptions, but I really wonder if they fact that there was a cop in uniform at our table had anything to do with it.

  Consistently great meals is what I've come to expect from the Frankfort Logan's. My food has always been prepared perfectly. My wife and I go at least once a month. The wait isn't terrible even for how busy they always seem to be. I've had mostly great servers who are friendly, efficient, and prompt.
